This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information you provide when you submit a lead form through our Facebook or Instagram advertisements (Meta Ads), including auto-fill lead generation forms. Please read this policy carefully. If you do not agree with its terms, please do not submit your information through our forms.

2. Information We Collect

When you submit a lead form through our Meta Ads, we may collect the following information, which Facebook may auto-populate from your profile:

  • Full name

  • Phone number

  • Email address

  • Service location (city, state, zip code)

  • Type of service requested (e.g., driveway washing, house washing, deck cleaning)

We do not collect payment information, Social Security numbers, or any other sensitive personal information through our lead forms.

3. How Meta (Facebook) Auto-Fill Works

Our lead generation forms use Meta's Instant Forms feature. When you click on our ad, Facebook may automatically pre-populate the form fields with information from your Facebook profile to make submission easier. You have the ability to review and edit this information before submitting.

By submitting the form, you are providing your information directly to Grime Gone Solutions. Meta's own Privacy Policy governs how Facebook handles your data on their platform. You can review Meta's Privacy Policy at: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy
